The hotel of choice in Jasper. Ideal and clean venue, soft beds. Big rooms, free and great breakfast. Very central location of the hotel, restful and fabulous staff with the Management. Great restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property. Good pool, parking outside. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Beds were very uncomfortable,need to update beds as they were very hard to sleep on......wireless was very bad in our room and could not connect,maybe first and second floors were better.....

Everything was brand-new, so were good views of the mountains. Awesome staff with prompt service. - the location was brilliant very near the shopping area. - It was just off the shops and restaurants. - I thoroughly enjoyed sleeping 2 nights in this hotel. Rewritten: The hotel had a fresh feel and offered lovely views of the mountains. the staff was fantastic and provided quick service. Its location was great, just a stone's throw away from the shopping area. it was conveniently close to various shops and restaurants. I had a delightful experience spending two nights at this hotel.

Was nice and very clean. Restaurant had excellent dinner.
Others staying on the second floor were very disruptive , loud. Doors swung shut too fast and slammed very loud. Did not get a good nights sleep. Beds too hard. Possibly will stay elsewhere next trip.

Recently refurbished & extremely pleasant unit with a really nice bathroom and comfortable bed plus the big jet tub. Particularly good and perfect location in the restaurant apart from breakfast which was normal buffet affair, easy to get anywhere. Nearby De'd Dog Bar and Grill - great place to chill out.
